If you are a first-time customer, please create an account with us.
Please download our “Account Setup Application Form”. Please email or fax the completed form to us to create your account.
2. Order Methods

For faster service, please include the following information with each purchase order:
• Purchase order number
• Catalog number/Product name/Description of the product
• Quantity/Prices/Total value
• Contact person
• Billing address and shipping address
• Preferred shipping method
• Signature by duly authorized person
3. Payment Methods
We accept check, wire transfer/ACH, and credit card.
• To pay by check, please make it payable to ChemPep, Inc., and mail it to us.
• To pay by wire transfer/ACH, please send your payment to our bank account on the invoice.
• To pay by credit card, please use our online order system. As an alternative, you can also provide the credit card information to us via phone or fax including: (1) card type, (2) card number, (3) name on card, (4) expiration date, (5) CVV number, (6) credit card billing address. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
For your convenience, please use our “Credit Card Charge Authorization Form”.
4. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped FOB Wellington, Florida. We use FedEx. We can also ship the orders by using the customer’s FedEx account.
